Today Hannah and I drove to the little town of Roanoke for a play date with Cameron and Powell. It is one of those towns that in a few years will be enormous! It is growing so fast, but it still has that small town feel like Stroud.

We all met for lunch at the famous Babe's Chicken House. It was so yummy! They serve 2 things: either Chicken Fried Steak or Fried Chicken with ALL of the fixings. Powell is an eater! He is 10 months old and about 29 pounds! Cameron kept herself busy pointing at all of the "turtles". Hannah on the other hand kept ME busy. She sat still for oh....about 2 seconds! We were all over the place until we decided it was time to check out and head to the house to play.

The kids had a good time running around the house. Cameron sat in the corner and "read" her books. Powell, who is not quite mobile yet, just flashed smiles for everyone. Hannah on the other hand was once again ALL over the place. She spent the entire afternoon climbing on everything: the ottoman, the fireplace, the couch, etc... I tell you what... her kindergarten teacher will probably have me on speed dial!

A little after one the babies were ready for their naps so we headed back to the "city". Hannah was exhausted after a day of fun. Looking forward to the next one!
