I happened to leave my office door open tonight while I was working on the computer. It's usually kept shut because Hannah someone likes to play with all the "no-no's" Every time the door is open she always makes a mad dash into the office and picks through all my DVD's and throws stacks them on the floor. But tonight she just stood at the doorway with her arms out and palms facing up. It's her universal sign that she wants something, usually to be picked up.

She's been babbling stuff for a while now and most of the time it's the same string of "words". But she wouldn't come in the office, she kept going back and forth between my doorway and the bathroom across the hall saying the same things, "Blah, blah blah bath!" I had no idea what she was talking about until she kept trying to take her shirt off. I asked her, "Do you want a bath?" then she said, "Bath!" and walked over into the bathroom again.

I didn't realize the scope of the situation, so I began getting her ready to take a bath. Then Anna comes in and says, "Get the camera, she's saying her first word!" So I did and here's the video. Its fun to have these "conversations" Hannah says "DaDa" and comes over to me and I even think I hear a "yeah" in there too.
