Josh pretty much had to do everything and some of the documentation was incorrect so I'm going to copy the pages from the wiki, put them on my server and update them with the correct changes.

Step 1 Install Openlink using the firmware flasher

Step 2 Install Devlopment Tools

Step 3 Install Apache w/ PHP and MySQL Support. (LAMP)
